I actually believed the article, until they gave it away as SATIRE, with the above statement. If the above were true, there is NO WAY any parent would let a shrink anywhere near their kids, and the shrinks would be out of business.
...but they’re still in business, so this article must be some kind of April Fool’s joke - for if not, that is really scary.
I’m not so sure it is satire. The author goes on to decry the tendency to find something wrong with nearly every child and carelessly medicate it. The war on little boys continues...
