according to both maps. it appears that Hispanics don’t like living around mostly Blacks. And Vice Versa. Is this a form of racism?

When you start using percentages of county populations and the fastest growing group in the country is Hispanics, then blacks and every other group are going to decrease as percentage of the total population. By 2060, one in three in this country will be Hispanic.

A lot of minority rich areas of the south don’t have enough economic base to support both blacks and hispanics vying for the same jobs unless it’s a city of medium size or better.

The scattered counties of Hispanic density tend to have intensive agriculture which hasn’t been a black minority dominated industry for decades.
