Like so many things Rove says, he is dead wrong. Hillary is running. It's her turn for an historic Presidency, i.e., our first woman President. You can take that to the bank.
2016, 2020 will be interesting - 2024 - I expect some of these blue states to once again loose population / electoral votes
It won't be until the 2020 census that any electoral recalculations will be done. It is interesting to note that when AZ and Texas gained additional electoral votes, the Dems won the new Congressional districts.
