As I understand it net neutrality impacts the costs/services for those providing services over the Internet. In other words, it cuts Verizon, Comcast, Brighthouse, etc in on Netflix's, Hulu’s, etc. action. In other words it's Redbox’s best friend.

That's fine with me. I have no interest in sitting on my butt watching streaming video, nor picking up a disc at the store and returning it. Limiting the bandwidth hogs or getting them to pay more is not only good for me, but it enables me to actually use the internet in my very poor bandwidth location.
