Dear Paul Krugman,
Please get painful pancreatic cancer and die.
Love,

The leftist soldiers are clearly mounting a new coordinated effort to push the global warming propaganda meme. Why now?

Pearls of wisdom from that noted climate scientist, Paul Krugman.

Just one question, Mr. K. Well, make it two:
  1. How many coal-fired power plants are under construction in China today? Dozens, in fact.

  2. What possible difference does canceling the Keystone XL pipeline - or any other North American energy project - have on atmospheric CO2 in that context?
If you’re not complaining about the Chinese - and Asians in general - burning coal, why should I care about CO2 from Natural Gas combustion in America????
Case closed - you have no point at all.

And truly crazy positions are becoming the norm. A decade ago, only the GOP's extremist fringe asserted that global warming was a hoax concocted by a vast global conspiracy of scientists (although even then that fringe included some powerful politicians). Today, such conspiracy theorizing is mainstream within the party, and rapidly becoming mandatory; witch hunts against scientists reporting evidence of warming have become standard procedure, and skepticism about climate science is turning into hostility toward science in general.

When frauds and charlatans appear to have hijacked "'science" for political ends, pushback from normal people is just a matter off time.
. Consider this :

Devastating Rising Sea Level Fraud Rebuttal --- by a real Science Expert

and this:

The Scam Artists' Version:

"An earlier survey published in the 2009 issue of Eos -- a publication of the American Geophysical Union -- surveyed scientists from a wide range of disciplines (approximately 3,146) and asked: "Do you think human activity is a significant contributing factor in changing mean global temperatures?" Approximately 82 percent of the surveyed scientists answered yes to this question. Of those climate change specialists surveyed, 97.4 percent answered yes to this question.

The reality :

97%??

REALLY??

If Paul Krugman writes a column and nobody reads it, is he still always wrong?

We should listen to Krugman. He has certainly been spot-on about economics.

Oh...wait...

Global warming is real. How can anyone deny it?

It is plain to see that it has gotten progressively warmer over the past several weeks and all indications are that it will continue for at least the next three months! Perhaps longer. Even.

Science is based on continuous testing of all observations, speculations and data in an objective manner to find the Truth.

Politics is based on the tribal emotion that my tribe’s ideas are better than your tribe’s ideas with no objective testing by either tribe to determine the Truth.

Among the many political speculations that have yet to have demonstrated a known cause and effect are Global Warming, Global Cooling, Climate Change for the worse, or Climate Change for the better, with “better” defined politically, of course.

____________________________

1.) IF we assume that CO2 is the root problem to Global Warming and Climate Change, THEN consider what would happen if atmospheric CO2 were, somehow, to be eliminated:

The process of Photosynthesis, defined chemically as follows:

6CO2 + 6H2O + (n)photons = C6H12O6 + 6CO2

would cease to generate carbohydrates, (C6H12O6), for most plants and the animals that eat the plants and eat the animals that eat the plants.

2.) To the best of my research, there has never been a cause and effect experiment that establishes that a change* in the concentration of CO2 has had a measurable effect on the temperature of the air.
*Note: at atmospheric concentrations of CO2 approximating maximum to minimum living conditions for most plants.

3.) All known published speculations on the effect of CO2 on temperature are based on the false assumption, as proven by # 2 above, that there is a measurable effect of the change in atmospheric concentration of CO2 on the temperature of the atmosphere.

After only 3 weeks at his new job, fellow Swedish Scientists harassed Dr. Bengtsson into resigning from a prestigious think-tank on climate change.

It is Scientists such as Dr. Lennart Bengtsson who are willing to oppose the peer pressure of emotion-based politics, and stand, resolute, for what can be proven by fact-based Science.

Such men inspire other Scientists to continue the never ending search for Truth, regardless of the severity of peer-pressure inquisition at the time.

As we look to our own US Society, now in the watershed battle between the adherents of the original, empirical-based, US Constitution, and the proponents of emotion-based Socialism, let us pause now and then to refresh our courage by remembering the bravery of men such as true Scientist Dr. Lennart Bengtsson.

[Article] Once upon a time it was possible to take climate change seriously while remaining a Republican in good standing.

Now it's impossible to take climate change seriously without being a totally gaslit idiot.

The conformism being propagated on this subject shows us the heads of the Hydra in American politics. Like abortion and homophilic Nazism, it's a good significator for the enemies of the People of the United States in government and academia.

Go find the Geological Society of America's Treatise on North American Geology (title approximate) down at your (big university) library's reference desk, and ask for Volume X, on the non-glacial Quaternary geology of North America. Open the Introduction and start reading the section on paleotemperature studies and climatology. Educate yourself. Then look at the temp curve for the current interglacial grace period, and compare it (preferably by the overlay method) with the temp curves of previous interglacials ...... and see where we are.

Second- and third-order global warming is all over. Temperatures will crash in about 2000 years.

There will be no global warming after the next few hundred years, but only a gradual, fluctuating decline (think, yo-yo being carried down a wheelchair ramp) into the final crash.

That's the real news -- but it isn't what Communists need to whip people into allowing themselves to be organized and regimented by sadists and diseased Red personalities.

I’m a scientists. As soon as someone shows me some ACTUAL science - things that can be repeated in a lab - things that are peer reviewed and evaluated - you know, evidence - I’ll be happy to buy in.

Until then, I’d bet more people believe in extraterrestrials than believe in ‘climate change’, whatever the f*ck that means.
