In the last two months, I have followed two cases of elderly, sick but able to get well patients treated in two different hospitals in two different states. In both cases, a pro-life physician, not involved with the patient’s hospital doctors, consulted on a long term basis outraged at the lack of care these patients were receiving.
Had it been one case, I could chalk it up to chance.
However, when I saw the exact same events happening to two patients, I now am leaning toward behind the scenes policy provisions.
In both cases, the patients were hydrated intravenously, but NOT given enough fluid to really hydrate. They were both fed artificially, but both given only about 20% of the calories necessary to help them heal. They were both given more Morphine than necessary for their pain. They both were not give certain diagnostic tests which would have been routinely given a younger patient.
Learn what is necessary for your hospitalized loved ones. Monitor constantly. Yell loudly. Go to court for order to treat.
Vote pro-life. But really pro-life.
Their plan was to give free care to aids patients, sex-change operations, abortions, and euthanazia to the elderly, while letting the normal people die.
