So, if the leadership will not allow it to be attached to this bill and won’t permit a vote on a stand alone bill they obviously plan to attach it to a must pass bill. I don’t for a second believe immigration reform is dead.
Figure out which “must pass” bill will come up in the lame duck, and you’ll already know which bill it’ll be.
Once the dance has been decided on, all that remains is the choreography.
