Sidenote: in 1975 Coming Down Your Way was the band's thirteenth album and the last to feature the three founding vocalists Danny Hutton, Chuck Negron, and Cory Wells. This song, written by Dave Loggins was perhaps the group's swan song although they did release Randy Newman's "You Can Leave Your Hat On" as a single, but it failed to chart.

There were other albums but following the split in 1975, Three Dog Night never amounted to much more than a wonderful greatest hits show.
