As Sec. of the US Treasury, shifty-eyed Timmy Geithner would have had administrative control of the IRS, and all of its employees, including current scapegoat Lois Lerner.
Geithner would also have had policy input through special political commissioners at the IRS, one appointed by GWB and one by Barry, himself.
Well, if Jarrett, Axelrod, Rham-boy, and Holder gave their approval, of course.
Geithner would have had to have known of any IRS Program to silence those who opposed the Obama administration that Money-man Geithner was a key part of, because the IRS was then the main profit center for the always in debt US Treasury Department.
Hence, anything that might have a negative impact on the positive income stream coming into the IRS, (such as protests against the IRS by “dangerous,” (Lerner’s word), anti-Socialist Groups), would be considered to be an immediate direct threat by shifty-eyed Geithner, liar Obama and lawless Holder.
The above is speculation by yours truly, but highly probable, and thus worthy of Investigation by a House Special Prosecutor or Committee, IMHO, of course.
BTW, shouldn’t the Impending IRS Investigation seek to find “the TOP link in the chain of command?”
Up until now Con-Artist Obama has always ordered HIS investigations to move away from where the buck stops, and instead get to the bottom of a peon’s “boneheaded decision.”

parkland could NOT be shutdown - 2000 beds and they are adding 1200 MORE (at the estimated cost of 1 billion - which we KNOW will be at least 20 billion) - my sister is a director there - the several other hospitals in the complex pay for the er staff to keep all the trash away from their ers
conveniently, after years and millions, parkland decided to hire people from the company cms forced them to hire - at HUGE salaries
