don’t laugh about renaming Washington DC.
With political correctness so strong these days, it could happen.
In New Orleans, they deleted the name of George Washington school, because Washington owned slaves. The predominantly black school board didn’t want to honor a slaveholder.
So, they renamed the school after an African king, so as to bolster the self esteem of the black students.
That African king probably sold slaves to the people who sold them to Washington.
