Yep, most non-muslim post-Soviet nations has 5 to 15% surplus female population. For Russia is is about 10 million extra women and it makes a mail order bride phenomenon. For some reason China is not a primary destination for them. Many women are moving to North America and Europe, others are importing grooms from Middle East and Turkey.
