It would be great if Matt Bevin could pull off the same “shocker” in KY and defeat Mitch McConnell.
It just can’t happen in KY, where the status quo is supreme. They would still be voting for Earle Clements, Alben Barkley, Harry Lee Waterfield, and John Sherman Cooper if they were all still living.
