I wonder how she plans to force him. Holder thinks he IS the law not just above it.

The judge had better rule the “correct way” or she can expect an IRS audit or a visit from one of Obama’s Chicago thugs.

It’s a favorable sign. But I’m afraid that it doesn’t matter who orders Holder to do something. He just ignores the order. Then, what will the judge do next? Hold him in contempt? He’ll ignore that, too.
It’s difficult when you have an Attorney General who despises the law. We saw that under Clinton. If the entire press jumped on board, that might alter the case. But so far, they’ve simply ignored the significance of Fast & Furious.
Well, in any case, it’s nice to have an honest judge for a change.
And she was appointed by—wait for it—Barack Obama.

A ruling is expected in the next few months. Meaning that, even if its favorable to the House, its impact will be deeply diminished.

No wonder owebama recently hired that famous defense attorney to be white hut counsel - its all starting to fall down.
If eric the red refuses to comply can the judge order him arrested by US Marshals? THAT would be a sweet sight!

To: Jim Robinson
Berman harshly criticized both sides, saying, Reading the briefs were somewhat distressing. But the Obama-appointed judge was especially critical of the U.S. House for its filings, saying the [Government Oversight] Committees briefs are exactly what I was assured they would not be. According to her, they were accusatory and seemed more directed at the press than to me.
Who cares whether or not they are "Accusatory"?
What does that have to do with anything that is constitutional?
