I have never been a recipient of special treatment to apologize for, my family has done nothing to hold back,down or use anyone of any persuasion. Though I have witnessed others ridiculing, abusing and using my Father for the simple fact that he was an immigrant and was not fluent in English. Did he whine, moan or cry about it? Hell no! He just lived his life doing the best he could without ever asking, let alone alone demanding anything like so many people of color who grew up in the greatest country on earth loaded with opportunities.
