The select committee won't have its shoes on by the time this subpoena calls for Kerry to appear. I'd say keep the heat on these scumbags as much as possible. Nothing to gain by delay, there has already been enough stalling.

I just wish he'd be sending his subpoenae to Clinton at the same time. She's retired now, she has plenty of time to go visit her old friends on the Hill.
