The meat/protein sounds great, so does the butter and eggs-but all that sugar, milk, starch and the sweet crap on the veggies is not healthy-where are the green veggies? And milk is not a “perfect food”, with or without fat. I’ll defend to the death your right to feed your family whatever they want, but I wouldn’t eat that stuff or feed it to my family...
