Computers are scary. We should ban them.
Let me clarify what I meant when I agreed man’s activities “warm” the planet. Man’s activities might make the planet’s temperatures .0001 degree C warmer than they would be if man didn’t exist.
I don’t know the actual impact, but if we release a lot of C02 that wouldn’t have been there otherwise, it seems it would “warm” the planet temperature some amount. If I add that .0001 degree onto a temperature chart of normal variations in global temperature caused by things like the sun, it’s still technically very slightly warmer but the temperature impact from man is insignificant.
That’s what I was getting at earlier. The issue isn’t whether man has an impact on the environment or not. He does. The issue is whether or not it’s a significant impact. The global warmers have to claim it is, otherwise there’s nothing we humans can do to fix it. If we don’t have the capability to significantly alter the environment, then all the time and money spent to halt global warming is a waste, and the environmentalists lose power.
Okey dokey.
Mexico will announce they will build a fence.
