One day you will believe. I hope it is not post mortem, I wouldn’t wish that fate on anyone.

I know how you feel, I’ve walked in those shoes.

“Jesus was either a madman”

What did he do that was so madman like? He was actually pretty tame.

I could claim I’m Napoleon Bonaparte, but I’m clearly not. That would make me a madman, i.e. a man who is or seems to be mentally ill.

Jesus Christ claimed to be the Son of God and said if you saw him (Jesus) you saw God. It’s possible He was misinterpreted, but the apostles who spent far more time with Jesus than you or I believed it.

No. Jesus left little doubt about who he thought he was. If he was lying, that makes him a madman, especially since he was executed for his “delusion.” No sane man would choose crucifixion when all he needed to do was admit he was lying. On the other hand, if Jesus was telling the truth, he was perfectly sane, the Son of God, and the Christ!

“lunatic, liar, or Lord. everyone must decide for themselves. the overwhelming evidence points to Lord.”

Agreed. The more I read what He said, the more convinced I am that Jesus was and is the Christ. I cannot be 100% sure, but I’m convinced enough to put my faith in Him. I don’t see any better alternatives.

A nonbeliever might think I’m a fool for believing in something I can’t personally witness, but we do that all the time. I’ve never been to Russia, for example, but I’m pretty sure it exists.

Nice.

COexist

The “C” represents Islam and the “O” is a peace sign representing oppressive liberal socialists.

Like I said, I prefer to just exist. :)
