They’ll do it to prisoners, mental patients, those involed in domestic violence, those convicted of driving under the influence, those who don’t pay certain fees, those who don’t purchase certain services and items and so on. That’s how such policies are implemented. Others, seeing subgroups of their political opponents microchipped first, will cheer it on.
