The NBA is just one of various control mechanisms the financial elites use to control sheeple.
They say, in effect: Focus on the basketball instead of how you are a debt slave and your children are indoctrinated into new world order as unthinking slaves; and by the way, if we take a viewpoint on a moral issue, side with the NBA. Ignore the Bible, side with the NBA.
Falling for such lies is the path to eternal damnation. You reject and oppose God, you get what you asked for, eternal separation from God, and his wrath.
The only valid good purpose of sports, like other entertainments, is if they function in some way to edify, to teach fairness, hard work and preparation, humility, giving glory to God, etc. And they should not be played on the Lord’s Day.

A couple of years ago, when it looked like Fast & Furious might get the traction to become a national issue, the NFL was in the middle of a strike and there was the distinct possibility of the season being canceled — I really was hoping that it would be.
