He’s not an “ex-service member” rather he is a Private E-1 serving a 35 year sentence, whereupon he will be discharged with a dishonorable discharge. Of course, at the rate things are going, he will receive “gender reassignment” surgery, be pardoned and be Hillary Clinton’s running mate in 2016.

Legally and technically your right he’s in the military. I just hate seeing the rank of E-1 stained by the likes of that person. Really there should be an E-0 designation solely for convicted service members doing time to separate them from honorable recruits just coming in.
