How hard would it be to prove that? I’m not saying the Vatican has the Temple’s vessels, it’s been too long and too many things have happened, but I am saying “show to the world that you don’t have them and let’s move on”. Oh sure, they'll take him to the storage rooms, show him what they have, and he'll come out and say "They didn't take me to the REAL vault where it's kept!" Thus the false scandal lives on.
