I’ve been to Nova Scotia, there’s probably only 4 days a year these would be comfortable.

That’s a good point. I guess that’s why it was mostly been settled by the Scots, English and Irish.

This is pretty much a non-issue. It'd be like banning rain boots here in Phoenix.
