Great. This is what you get when milquetoast RINO’s run. Same diff as the Dim.

I hope Bevin pulls it out somehow

Morons in KY are going to pick Mitch... again... and he’ll lose. 2014 is going to be a fiasco

Wouldn’t it be better if Grimes won? Seriously, wouldn’t this be a wake up call to the RINOs?

Not in my world, I loathe Democrats.

The poll shows Bevin losing worse than McConnell to the Dem....

As usual, it looks like what was a sure thing for the GOP is over.

No Senate control.

People said this about Obama too. That it would be a "wakeup call".

Well, six years later the only thing that's happened is that Obama is causing massive suffering. Let's please not make those same types of mistakes again.

No, they’d actually rather have a fellow statist win in order to increase the power that they get a slice of,

than to have a conservative win that would reduce that power.

I’m voting for Bevin in the primary. If he loses, I’m voting for Grimes in the general. I don’t just want to vote against McConnel. I want to vote for the person most likely to win against him. I want him OUT, even if it means sending a Democrat to the senate. Even if it means giving up a chance at a republican majority.

Never going to happen. They will just move further left.

37% + 15% undecided

It is still possible although unlikely.

Good. The GOPe will push amnesty anyway. The heck with their getting control

Let em figure out that they need the base. The republican base is the only force that cares anything about the future of the country. And we should just start calling the GOPe the Chamber Party that’s whom they work for. So they were republicans when they took office

So what?

The young republicans can move in

Not gaining the senate in mob is no big deal Just an amateur theory

Republicans (GOPe that is) in power are dangerous enablers of BO

Waiting for the Pollyanna Republicans to swarm onto this thread, castigating all those who won't vote for post-turtle Mitch.

They'll continue to play the "Glad Game" all the way to November.

"Golly gee, my father used to say that if we could just get a Republican majority, then we would eat steak and ice cream three times everyday!"

The interesting thing is in a supposed tidal wave election, its the southern Democrats who may save the Senate for the Dems. They are hanging in there in every poll. Despite being in states that despise Obama. Grimes in KY, Nunn in GA, Landrieu in LA, and Pryor in AR. None are looking like certain losers.

If the GOP can take the Senate without retaining McConnell’s seat, I don’t see too much of a downside here.
