That's a common practice, walking "thru" you and forcing you to step aside.
Several years back a similar situation happened to me at my local Meijer store. I was walking a main aisle way with a hand basket full of foodstuff when I saw three black girls coming from the opposite direction, laughing and joking with no cart and no baskets.
As they approached, they kept angling towards me in an attempt to force me against the food shelves in order to allow them to pass by. It didn't work out as they planned.
Since I was as far right as I could go against the shelving, I swung my hand basket back and brought it forward to clobber the knee of the gal that was closest and about to brush me. That sent off a wail and after apologizing, I went on my way..........
I had a similar thing happen at a grocery store a few months back. I attributed it to rudeness by black people who didn’t know better ... never thought of it as being intentional.
It was the same center where I encountered the young man playing music from his truck - filthy lyrics loud enough so shoppers and their kids were forced to hear it.
I don’t shop there anymore.
