Thanks, Councilor, but I expect to see 0bama resign and publicly apologize to the American people before the Sav DA thinks about bringing charges against the red shirt guy.

Oh, and how much can we sue for when, I mean if some big guy slugs me at Walmart tomorrow after I “talk” to him?

I don't know. It depends on how much public pressure is brought, how bad business is hurt downtown, etc.

Are the cops even looking for him? If not, then for sure the DA won't be taking any action. That;s the first line of "prosecutorial discretion," just keep s the cops off.

At least your medical bills, lost wages, and cost of the lawyer to prosecute the guy who punched you. You can probably get a modest amount for pain and suffering, I'd say $5,000 minimum, maybe ten times that, depending on the venue and how long you were out of commission.
