Yep, Sarahcuda gave $000 for a wolf right paw IIRC. And they got to shoot out of helicopters like they do in hog hunting so I don’t know.
I would have thought the same, but it was legal in Ca in the 80’s.
And why not? Because the critters don’t have cars?
Safety is an issue, bouncing about.
That just makes it more sporting.
Re this caller: Javelinas are not related to pigs.
When I lived in Ca it was legal.
I do not recommend it, I am only saying it was legal.
There are several issues.
If you’re being bounced about, you can’t really have control of the weapon.
If the vehicle is still you’re gonna get a pressure wave in the cab that will blow your ears out.
Yup it is legal to shoot hogs from the air in TX
Nice....guns.
When I Jeep hunt and see birds, I have to jump out to shoot them. No shooting from a vehicle.
First stop. Vicksburg! I've visited before, but its too cool to skip.
Next, Kennesaw, GA (Home of a the mandatory gun ownership law!) I met up with a local FReeper to see some sights, including SIX historical markers on one spot.
I took the long route home by visiting Andersonville. The National POW museum is located adjacent to the prison site.
LOL!
Hey I cut the lawn packing!
Welcome back, how was the chow?
It might be species specific.
The laws are all convoluted.
Like I said, it might be species specific. I'm pretty sure you can't hunt dove from a moving vehicle and both quail and dove hunting are federally regulated. Hog and coyotes I don't think are so they may have different rules.
Can’t hunt anything from a vehicle in CA. You can’t even lay your rifle accross the hood.
The chow was good as always when you find the local places.
I had a really good burger and fried dill pickle chips at a place called Mugshots in Tuscaloosa, AL.
All I know is when I lived there in the 80’s it was not an offense.
Laws change daily.
Howdy
