Just happened in Philly this week all on fire and had to collapse the roof because no one could enter building due to pending roof collapse! Lucky no one in there. This was a large building!
I thought everybody knew.
The UBC, the UPC and the Uniform Safety Codes don't apply to Oloser and his minions...
