Besides, illegal immigrants are getting harder to find as the dollar drops and the economy swirls around to get ready for the big flush. So they need a new method for “getting out the vote”.
Do poor people have access to the Internet? Somehow, that’s not a concern all of a sudden.

Funny you say that, because one of my first thoughts was great, a new government program to subsidize computers and internet access.
