Was the person even close to the tracks or did the train entice him to edge closer and then strike him? Was the train visible to everyone or was it a stealth train silently attacking the unaware?
Is it cold to write a headline say, “ Idiot gets last wish as he walked on the train tracks”?

Is it cold to write a headline say, Idiot gets last wish as he walked on the train tracks? It's the first thing they would think of if the deceased was a Conservative.
