Gowdy pretty much HAS to lay ground rules because he has to know what’s coming. Just tell them from the outset on camera. Cause a disruption or go off subject and you will be replaced by a Republican. Period.
His Committee, He gets to make the rules. And he BETTER.
Oh, and if you all walk out, you are all being replaced by a Republican and the work continues. You had the chance to stay and do your job and did not. So it was your decision.
