I suppose we will never know if these ‘kids’ are the takfiri (muslim) fighters returned from Syria or not...which is what the Tartar muslims threatened do to when it became obvious NATO hadn’t been persuaded to ‘protect’ the Tartars.
And assist them to gain autonomy as was done in Kosovo.
