Would be easier to make modern day gyro jet 3D pistols, bullets are actually rockets, don’t need primers or powders but save basically rocket propellant.
Gyrojets were made many years ago but are not effective at close ranges, you could actually dodge them, but they sped up faster as they traveled.
From what I understand, the Gyrojets were only good at short range and not too accurate at that.
