Meanwhile, government officials had this to say: “The kid should be in jail for flouting the system.”

That’s not fair. Throw the kid and the parents in jail for an unfair advantage.

Bravo for those who home school their children, giving them the best start in life.

Was just arguing with my son-in-law awhile ago about when they have kids, whether they will be home-schooled. He wants them to go to public school. I want them home-schooled. This is just another story that proves my point.

Good for her and her family!

Amazing GRACE! This is one BUSH I like.
Way to go, girl. We are proud of you for your determination to be educated and to do it through hard work.

And I just wanted stupid NY to accept a few online courses for graduation... They accept nothing but their own Regents crap taught by their own teachers in a classroom.

Two of my homeschoolers earned B.S. degrees in mathematics by the age of 18. And...All three finished all college general courses and Calculus 3 by the age of 15,

They were **NOT** “whizkids”. They were merely homeschooled.

My kids are not any brighter than any of the kids of any Freeper. It was their homeschooling that made the difference.

My kids are NORMAL. It is the institutionalized child in the K-12 indoctrination camps who is being artificially delayed and retarded in his educational and social development.
