I avoid oleo/margarine products as much as possible...butter for this guy...trying to convert the missus. Learning to eat more of the fat that is on meat...don’t really like the texture but I’ll crisp it up and that makes it more palatable. I loves my cheese...

They ingested thousands of calories and tons of carbs and ballooned...perplexed why the “Low/No fat food” was making them fat...bought into the junk science perpetrated by idiots like CSPI.
