Yep. I’ve been learning to stick to mainly low glycemic foods and to avoid high glycemic ones. A short walk after meals is also helpful for me. I’m a firm believer in supplements as well. Lots of research, experimenting and tweaking.

I love bread, I just don’t over do it.
I love taters, I just don’t over do it.
I rarely eat sweets or desert.

My main diet is meat and vegetable.
