Yep, I've been asking the same questions since the beginning. It's glaringly obvious that he's lying. If a CBA had been issued there would have been hell descending on those terrorists. If 0bama had told Panetta that he had CBA and Panetta didn't act on it would 0bama cover for him? I sure don't think so. If that happened then 0bama is still complicit in covering up Panetta's dereliction of duty.
This can of worms has just barely been cracked open.
