The first thing Trey needs is to have the power to file direct charges instead of relying on Ø’s just-us department. Going throught the DoJ would be a waste of time. We all know how WithHolder would gum up the works. The second thing he needs is to be left alone with total power to act in any way he deems neccessary. Just turn him loose and see what happens.
Trey played it right over the last week... didn’t know if he would be appointed, Boner’s decision. Now that Boner has appointed Trey... no time to let the guard down - Boner could be thinking there is a quid-pro-quo - appointing someone the lead this panel whom he does not want or like, and wanting to push forth shamnesty and perhaps other Republic-breaking krap.
