Maybe they are trying to find a landing zone for the wonderful one when he gets booted out of office.
It is hard to tell whether he was a good coach or not. He didn’t do so well at recruiting, and that is the biggest factor in PAC 12 basketball. His teams played hard and were never pushovers (my view as a UW fan). He never made an ass out of himself. I think we should judge him on his own merits rather than assume he is guilty by association.
