Still making your meat loaf. Good stuff!

You bet. Wrapped in bacon and cooked on a rack without the pan.

When the bacon's done, the meatloaf is done. About one hour at 350.

Most of the fat ends up in the pan and not on your plate. Great for sandwiches if there is any left over.
