Americans are outraged by old, sick and pathetic Donald Sterling

We were told his racism offered us a teachable moment.
Indeed if you want to buy a team or anything else race bait the owner and then flip out race card.
To me, this has become a teachable moment, at how hysterical the liberals and race baiters are.
It’s a teachable moment at how political correctness has a stranglehold on our society.
The liberals think it’s a teachable moment of how evil racism and people like Sterling are, but, I’m getting lots of other lessons from this episode.
I was under the impression that we still had the concept of “free speech” in this country. [Which means that even those who disagree with you can still opine to their heart’s content.]
No, you only have the free speech, if you speak out in support of liberal ideas. And you can never say anything which the politically correct crowd finds offensive.
Now, you are allowed to say things which offend conservatives, religious Christians, and businessmen, among others. So you are allowed to be crude and be offensive, as long as you do not offend the liberals with what you say.
I think not, and that is precisely why I can't say what I REALLY think.
As Goethe had Faust say, "Those who are foolish enough to tell the truth, have always been crucified and burned at the stake."
(It's better in the original.)

Why would I want to buy a team whose entire fan base is a bunch of bandwagoners just waiting for the Lakers to get good again?
The impression I’m getting from various media is that Donald Sterling was the Al Davis of the NBA. A man detested by and held in contempt by his fellow owners. And once a chance came around to get rid of him then they chose the nuclear option right off the bat. I’m wondering if had it been almost any other owner the punishment wouldn’t have been as permanent.
Where did you get that idea? Your speech is protected from the government, not from private organizations and indviduals.

NONE of anyone’s business.....PERIOD
I cannot wait for the IRS & the Calif state Board of Equalization (state income taxes) to come knocking at “V” doorstep and inquiring about all those things she got & all all the money she got ‘under the table’ from Donald Sterling.
EVEN IF they were ‘gifts’, Sterling would have to have declared such on his income tax returns.
This twit sure doesn’t know when to shut her mouth......
Barbara Walters should get a finder’s fee for what “V” disclosed about her financial situation.
I think Jesse Jackson should buy it, and move the team to “Hymie-Town”.
Liberals are losers and want to lower every one else down to their standard most won’t stoop that low they have a life.
That struck me too. When see said she was paid off the books, that became a giant red flag that it’s audit time.
After all, here you have somebody with no apparent means to have such a lifestyle, a lifestyle which includes a luxury condo and expensive cars.
Maybe everything was done legally with the gifts of the cars and condo, however, if she was his employee but paid off the books, Sterling is in big trouble for non payment of payroll taxes and income tax withholdings from her.
