According to Western press reports, some Tatars fighting with the rebels in Syria have offered to return to join the cause...
Again, Muslims are a tiny share of Ukraine’s population, most of them are living in Crimea, which has just been stolen by your beloved shirtless POS, If they revolt (and I hope they will) It will be internal Russian problem. In the “mainland” Ukraine there are hardly any of them. Therefore Islam is non issue here, no matter how much you try to spin it into “Christian Putin fighting against Islam”.
