Certainly, though, people in climates like where I live are at greater risk.The numbers do show that. I think Australia is the worst.
I am a pretty moley northern Euro descendent. Definitely a prime candidate. But, I can't live in the clouds and grey--did that for the first 24 years of my life. I am much happier in a sunny climate.
I have moles - inherited from my Latino dad, my mother is Scot and English. Grew up in Southern California with lots of beach time.
Just not a good combination but at least it’s something that can be watched and easily fixed.
