What kind and how much iodine are you taking...my Naturapath made me stop taking it.

Why did your naturopath say to stop taking it? The Japanese women have one of the lowest rates of breast cancer rates and they eat a ton of fish, and I read that their farmers will mulch the fields with seaweed which of course is very rich in iodine. So it makes a lot of sense to me that on our western diet we don’t get the iodine we need. You ought to check out www.breastcancerchoices.org.
