Yup and they have no problem with it for the most part. Just spent a few days in Jersey and then Franklin square out on LI, never went into Manhattan, still spent almost 100$ in tolls in just a few days going AROUND the damn city. My wife says it’s the city where everything’s at your fingertips but you can’t do anything.
