In a FREE country, everyone has that right!

Well...yes and no...if the shooter is a LEO he ends up at the police station, working his job. If I'm the shooter, I too will end up at the police station, just on the other side of the bars, and spend much time there and in court defending my actions, not getting paid.

So...it's pretty much the same, right?
