I happen to believe that no tyrant deserves a natural death. Hitler did himself. Mussolini and his wife got theirs in public hanging from lampposts. The Romanian dictator and his wife got the payback of the citizens when dear leader Chochescu and his wife got abrupt payback. That all seems good.
What makes me sad is that Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Chavez, etc died natural deaths. In Cambodia it was debated that prosecuting Pol Pot was a waste of time since he was so old. I say, execute him even if he is terminally ill to send a message. Be an evil tyrant and people will come after you even if you only have one minute left. That is as it should be.
And they weren't hanged from lampposts. They were shot by the partisani, and their bodies were hung up by the feet in a gas station in Milan.
My dad got pictures.
But we can't find the negatives.
Generally, however, I agree that "sic semper tyrannis" is a good outcome for these murderers of millions.
