Yes,it could have been stated in a kinder manner but the fact is,it isn’t the government’s problem.

Right. The government cancelled her insurance. (Hers, not theirs). They made the insurance she had before their interference illegal. And now they are preventing her from getting insurance. They will cause her to die for lack of medical care which she had before they stepped in, but it’s not their problem.
I find it ironic that it's not the government's problem, yet the government is happy to make it the hospital's problem, by forcing hosptials to give free treatment to the indigent.
And the hospitals are happy to pass the cost of treating the indigent along to those who can pay, making it our problem.
