The Feds actually have removed restrictions for banks and marijuana businesses, but - and I was shocked by this recently, because I figured that was a done deal - banks won’t do business with these shops.

Have you been following the story on Operation Choke Point? It seems the Feds don’t need a law to pressure banks not to do business with legal businesses they don’t like.
