“Whether or not the president takes any criticism to heart and tries to change course seems unlikely based on what we have observed so far”

Never has and never will!

I came to regret that George W. Bush was re-elected. It allowed the Democrats during his presidency to increase their presence in Congress, and when Obama became President, the last increase gave him a super-majority. I foresaw the same thing happening under Obama, but to the Democrats this time. If he loses the Senate in November and the # of Republicans in the House increase, and the results of his liberal policies and scandals are used to pound him and the Democrat party for the next 2 years and a half, and if the next President is a Republican, that President might have strong majorities in Congress for 2 years, just like Obama did. Let’s hope we get a conservative and effective standard bearer this time instead of another RINO.

he hasn’t really seemed to learn anything .

He doesn't do anything. He gets up mid morning. Sits around and watches ESPN. Shows up to functions and reads the prompter. He's not interested in learning anything. He's the show up and read the prepared statements guy, the figurehead for the management of the planned American collapse.

Along with being inexperienced, inept, and incompetent, he was an anti-American communist and secret Mudslime. Duh, whoda thunka what might happen??

As far as Benghazi is concerned, and even given his obvious anti-American bias, the logical, easy, no-brain action to have taken was to order the military to do whatever they felt necessary to stop the attack and rescue the Americans who were in jeopardy. It would have made him look good politically and wouldn’t have jeopardized his basic policies. Instead, he botched a basic, simple decision and then decided to cover the screw up with an elaborate set of lies about an innocuous video.

HE MUST BE IMPEACHED, CONVICTED, AND PROSECUTED FOR DERELICTION OF DUTY AND TREASON. On conviction, he and Valjar should be hanged.

“We have to realize we will pay a price for this president’s lack of leadership.”

The families of American dead from Benghazi to Afghanistan, Arabs gassed and crucified in Syria, millions of Americans deprived of proper employment but who do share in trillions in new debt for corrupt spending, millions of Americans who have lost their health insurance, Ukrainians seeing their country stolen by Putin, and on and on, might take exception to use of the future tense.

We HAVE paid, ARE paying, AND will pay a heavy price for this clown. The blame goes to the idiots who voted for him, when his inexperience, incapacity, and anti-American intent were plain for all to see.

“You can cure ignorance with education[.]” True, but you can’t cure a toxic mixture of bigotry and arrogance with it. The no-brainer decision to take all necessary action here was congenitally beyond him because it went against all of his anti-American bigotry, even though it would have been vastly to his political advantage and would not have jeopardized his basic policy objectives.

As bad as things are, and they’re bad, we’ve still got a ways to fall. But with a malignant narcissist (Barry) and a vicious, ignorant incompetent (Val) at the helm, we’re only a slip away from a total disaster.

And with two and a half years to go, Barry’s never faced a real crisis, a real scary crisis, where he has to make a decision that will determine the fate of this nation.

I’m praying that he never has to.

It’s the stuff of nightmares.

Boo freaking hoo. These people have the administration’s back, but write stories acting like they don’t. If Republicans were involved in one tenth the number of these scandals, it would be 24 hour piranha central.

From what I could stitch together some of the idiots who advise him were worried about a “blackhawk down” situation.
Remember these are dems. who remember Clinton getting burned in Somalia. Hillary was there. It may not be true but it does make some sense. Especially as they weight political fallout before any other consideration. Just like Billy Bob.
